What We Manage
We establish a detailed project schedule from permit submission to occupancy and hold every trade accountable to it. Weekly progress reports keep you fully informed.
We monitor all project costs, review contractor invoices and change orders, and provide transparent monthly cost reports against your approved budget.
We prepare and submit building permits, coordinate inspections and manage all communications with municipal authorities, Public Health Units and federal bodies such as Health Canada.
We review contractor scopes and submittals, run site meetings, resolve site conflicts and ensure trades are performing to specification and Canadian standards.
We review the build against applicable Canadian standards including OBC, IPAC, Health Canada GMP, NAPRA and OCP requirements throughout construction, not just at the end.
We compile and track the full deficiency list, coordinate corrections with trades, and assemble the complete closeout documentation package including compliance certificates and as-built drawings.
